Secure-the-building modes have been lifted at both Nokesville Elementary School and Brentsville District High School. All students and staff are safe. The secure-the-building protocol was implemented briefly during police activity in the area. |

Team Announcements 10,000 Hours!!!!It take 10,000 Hours of practice to become and expert(excellent) at something.....If you spent 1 hour a day doing lacrosse related activites since the end of last season you would be a little over 240 hours. If you want to an excellent team there is still time left to put in significant off season work (wall ball, shooting, passing, lifting, running )
